Is this plugin really free?

SignalStream is fully functional for your first 10 orders or 10 days, whichever comes first. No credit card required. You will see real recovered conversions in your GA4 and Meta dashboards during the trial. After the trial, plans start at $49/month.

What counts as an order in the trial?

Each completed WooCommerce order that SignalStream successfully forwards to GA4 or Meta counts as one trial order. Test orders, cancelled orders, and events blocked by consent settings do not count toward your trial limit.

What happens when my trial ends?

The plugin displays a notice showing how many conversions it recovered during your trial and invites you to subscribe. Events after trial expiry are logged locally so you can see exactly what you missed. Subscribing restores full tracking immediately.

Will this work if my customers use ad blockers?

Yes. Server-to-server connections between the harperservice.tech relay and Google/Meta cannot be intercepted by browser ad blockers. The first-party subdomain proxy additionally routes browser-side events through your own domain, defeating domain-based blocking rules.

Will this cause double-counting in Meta or GA4?

No. SignalStream generates a unique event_id shared between the browser pixel and the server CAPI call. Meta uses this to merge duplicate signals into a single conversion. In GA4, the transaction_id serves the same deduplication purpose.

Which payment gateways are supported?

SignalStream hooks into WooCommerce’s payment_complete event, which fires regardless of gateway — Stripe, PayPal, Square, Klarna, Afterpay, bank transfer, and all others. Off-site redirect gateways benefit most because the browser tracking session is lost during the redirect but the server hook fires reliably.

Can I use this on multiple stores?

Each licence key covers one store domain. For agencies or multi-store merchants, the Scale plan includes agency reseller pricing — contact us at harper.agency/support.
